Big Mike’s BBQ was fortunate to cater Boy Scout Troop 811’s annual Court of Honor.   The 125 guests enjoyed smoked beef ribs, smoked chicken, with beans and coleslaw on the side.  The Court of Honor is an evening where Scouts are presented with the awards that they have earned.  We were fortunate to see another Scout receive his Eagle badge at the ceremony.
